This RMA form is for the Continental U.S. ONLY. If you are outside of the U.S., please contact your local service center by visiting our Worldwide Partners Page. All shipments from outside the Continental U.S. will be rejected.
Please complete the following form to receive a Return Material Authorization number from KS USA.
Please note that for warranty service to be considered, you must:
1. Have purchased your KS product within the last two years.
2. Have valid proof of purchase must be included inside box and
3. Print and include the RMA form inside box (failure to do so may result in the rejection of your shipment)
For all non-warranty service, please visit your local bike shop to obtain non-warranty service with them or through a KS authorized distributor/service center such as QBP, BTI or KHS. The RMA system is only for authorized warranty service.
