Please complete the following form to receive a Return Material Authorization number from KS USA. Please note that for warranty service to be considered, you must:
1. Have purchased your KS product within the last two years.
2. Have valid proof of purchase must be included inside box and
3. Print and include the RMA form inside box (failure to do so may result in the rejection of your shipment)
Please note, this RMA form is for the Continental US ONLY. If you are outside of the U.S., please contact your local service center by visiting our Worldwide Partners Page. All shipments from outside the Continental USA will be rejected.
An authorized distributor/service center such as QBP, BTI or KHS can be contacted through your LBS (local bike shop) for rebuild, repair service or interval maintenance (recommended every 3 months). The RMA is only for authorized warranty service.
